Can i place a rush project?

Yes. If you need your rush order before our current lead time, we will fit it into our schedule if possible for an additional charge.

Is it possible to make experimental prints for my project?

Yes, absolutely. We can make unconventional prints on any type of textile. From many prints, patterns or printing on second hand clothing. Ask for your crazy idea for screenprint it.

I have an idea but I would like to print it by myself at home. Can you make a custom prepared screen?

Yes. We offer the service of preparing custom aluminum screens for our customers. Show us your design and we will make it in the best mesh size specific to your project. We can also ship them to you.

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom screen printing?

Yes, our minimum order quantity is 24 pieces per design.

Can I order different products to meet the minimum order quantity?

Yes. As long as the exact same design is printed on each item, we can mix product types to meet the minimum order quantity. For example, you can order 12 black t-shirts and 12 white t-shirts with the same print to meet our minimum order quantity of 24 units. It can also be 12 T-shirts and 12 hoodies, etc…

Can I visit the workshop?

Yes, we love to receive our friends and clients in our studio when we can. Also if you want to start working with us and want to get to know the studio and us we can schedule an appointment and meet you at the studio.

Can samples be made before a production?

Yes. We make samples of your productions, always paying the whole set up of the project. In the case of approving the production post sample, we do not charge the set up again.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Our customers are always welcome to pick up their order at our workshop located in Wedding, Berlin, by coordinating the delivery by mail/message in advance.

If I am not from Berlin, can you delivery me the order?

Yes, we can ship to all of Germany and Europe. Using DHL shipping service includes tracking number.

What textile garments do you have for printing?

We have a wide range of apparel and accessories, and can provide you with virtually anything you need. From t-shirts, hoodies, pants, bags. We work with different qualities and different brands. Ask for our catalog here.

Can I bring my own garments for custom printing?

Yes, we accept our customers to bring their own garments or whatever they need to print.

I have the idea but not the design. Do you do design work?

Yes. Our team has a graphic designer and illustrator. tell us your idea and we can design it and print it for you.

How long does the production time take?

The project starts from the moment 40% of the total project is paid and your order arrives to our workshop to be printed. After that it takes between 10-14 working days to produce your project. It can be less time as well. When the finished project is delivered, the remaining 60% of the project is paid. Bigger projects may consider more time.
