Acceptance Clause
This clause states that by accessing or using our website and services as FieldInk Studio, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Your acceptance is also indicated by confirming orders or making payments.
Art Approval
We require client approval of the design. This includes confirming the design, colors, and placement. No changes can be made once approval is given.
Art Revision & Changes
Clients are allowed two revisions of the file prior to screen preparation. Any additional changes beyond the initial approval may incur additional fees and could delay the production timeline.
Design Services
We offer design services to help bring your ideas to life. This may include creating new artwork or modifying existing designs. We charge €50 per hour for design work on your project.
Garment Variation & Manufacturer Defects
Garments may vary slightly due to differences in manufacturing processes. We are not responsible for such variations but will address any significant manufacturer defects. If there are issues with the garments on our part, we will take responsibility.
Payment Terms
A 40% payment is required before any production begins, and the remaining 60% upon delivery of the completed order. Payments must be made on time to avoid delays.
Pricing
The prices of our products vary based on the number of colors per print, print size, number of prints per garment, garment color, inks, production time, complexity, and more. Prices are subject to change without notice if necessary.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy during and after your project. By using our website, you agree to the terms outlined in our privacy policy.
Product Mock Up
A mock-up is a visual representation and may not be an exact replica of the final product. The client must specify the dimensions of their design; otherwise, we may decide the size based on the mock-up.
Production Time
Production time typically ranges from 10-15 business days starting from when your garments or materials arrive at the workshop. Estimated production times will be provided at the time of order confirmation and are subject to change based on workload and material availability.
Property Rights
All designs and artwork created by our team remain the property of our company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use of our designs and those of our collaborators is prohibited.
Quote Approval
Upon approving the quote, a formal quote will be provided for your review and approval. This quote will outline the costs and terms associated with your order. Production will not begin until the quote is transferred.
Quoting
Our quotes are valid for a specific period as indicated on the quote document. To initiate a quote, the client must provide:

Upon approving the initial quote, payment information will be requested to send invoices.
Refund & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. All sales are final once artwork approval is given and production begins. If you received your order with missing or damaged items, we can refund those items or offer you a credit for your next order. If you are not satisfied with your project, please let us know as soon as possible.

We offer various shipping options and local pick-up services at our location in Berlin. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has left our facility.
Spoilage & Misprints
We strive for perfection in all our projects, but occasional misprints can occur as everything is handmade. We are not a large company or a robot. Our policy is to replace or refund any items with significant defects that exceed an acceptable spoilage rate of 2-8%.
